This page explains how SuprX users can request deletion of their personal data. It also describes what we delete, verification steps, timelines, and limited cases where we may retain information to meet legal or security obligations.
Overview
SuprX respects your privacy and gives you the ability to request deletion of your personal data associated with your account. This includes data collected through our apps, website, and customer support interactions.
Who Can Request Deletion
Any registered SuprX user may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
- You must be able to verify account ownership.
- Requests made on behalf of another user may require additional authorization proof.
What We Typically Delete
Subject to legal and operational limits, we will delete or anonymize personal data that may include:
- Account profile information (name, phone, email, addresses).
- Saved locations and preferences.
- Support chat history linked to your account.
- Device identifiers and marketing preferences tied to your user ID.
- Non-legally required in-app activity logs.
How to Request Deletion
- Open SuprX app.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Select Account → Delete Account.
- Follow the on-screen confirmation steps.
Email us from your registered email address with the subject: “Data Deletion Request”. Please include:
- Your registered phone number or email.
- City/locality (optional, helps faster verification).
- A short confirmation that you want your account data deleted.
Verification & Security
To protect your account, we may verify your identity before processing a deletion request. This can include OTP verification, confirmation from the registered email/phone, or other reasonable checks.
Processing Timelines
We aim to complete eligible deletion requests within a reasonable time after verification, typically within 7–30 days, depending on the nature of the data and operational load.
- You may lose access to your account and order history after deletion.
- Deletion is generally irreversible.
Exceptions & Legal Retention
In limited cases, we may retain certain information for: compliance with applicable laws, tax/GST requirements, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcing our Terms.
- Transaction records and invoices required by law.
- Records related to chargebacks, fraud, or safety incidents.
- Audit logs needed for security and platform integrity.
Third-Party Services
SuprX may use third-party services for payments, analytics, messaging, and customer support. Where applicable, we will also take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize your data from these systems in line with our contracts and legal obligations.
