This policy explains delivery coverage, timelines, fees, tracking, and order handoff standards for orders placed on SuprX. It should be read with our Terms of Service and category-specific checkout notices.

Scope

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to delivery and pickup of goods ordered through SuprX, including food, groceries, daily needs, and select merchant categories. Some on-demand services may not involve physical delivery and are governed by service-specific terms shown at booking.

SuprX is a technology platform facilitating fulfillment by independent Merchants and Delivery Partners. Delivery practices may vary by merchant, category, and locality.

Delivery Coverage

Delivery availability depends on your pin/location, merchant operating hours, inventory, capacity, and local restrictions. Certain items may be restricted or unavailable in some zones.

  • Same-area hyperlocal delivery for participating merchants.
  • Scheduled slots (where enabled for groceries/essentials).
  • Self-pickup may be offered by select merchants.

Order Processing & Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed after acceptance by the Merchant or fulfillment system. If items are unavailable, we may:

  • Suggest substitutions for your approval, or
  • Cancel affected items and issue a partial refund, or
  • Cancel the order if fulfillment is not feasible.

Estimated Timelines

Estimated delivery times shown in-app are dynamic and may change due to traffic, weather, peak demand, merchant prep time, or operational constraints.

ETAs are indicative and not a guaranteed promise of delivery time. We focus on transparency through live status and proactive updates.

Delivery, Packaging & Platform Fees

Delivery charges, packaging charges (where applicable), platform/ convenience fees, surge/distance fees, and taxes are displayed at checkout.

  • Fees may vary by category, basket size, time, and locality.
  • Promotions may reduce or waive select fees for eligible orders.

Tracking & Delivery Handoff

For eligible orders, you can track status in the app. To protect order integrity, you may be required to share an OTP or confirm receipt.

  • Do not share OTPs before you physically receive the order.
  • Handoffs may require verification for high-value items.

Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

You must provide accurate address details, landmarks, and a reachable phone number. If delivery attempts fail due to your unavailability, incomplete address, or refusal to accept:

  • The order may be cancelled or returned to the Merchant.
  • You may be charged delivery, handling, or restocking costs where applicable and permitted by law.

Safety, Weather & Force Majeure

We may delay or cancel deliveries to protect customer and rider safety during severe weather, local disruptions, or government restrictions.

In such cases, we will aim to communicate promptly and issue refunds for unfulfilled orders as applicable.

No Cross-Border Shipping

SuprX is a hyperlocal platform. We currently do not support international shipping or cross-border fulfillment unless explicitly stated for a special program.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect operational improvements, new categories, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date.
